The Offer Forge is a hosted service at theofferforge.com operated by PatriotTek LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("PatriotTek," "we," "us"). By purchasing a license or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Offer Forge is an AI-assisted offer-building tool. It generates scored service offers, market scans, outreach assets (emails, DMs, profiles, landing copy, call scripts), and day-by-day 30-day execution plans based on the skills and constraints you describe.
Market scans differ by plan. On the Pro plan, scans run live web searches and cite sources. On the Starter plan, scans are generated from the AI model's knowledge without live web access; the scan states this on its first line and reminds you to verify rates before quoting a client.
All content the service produces is AI-generated and provided as-is. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. Rates, market claims, and demand assessments are informational starting points, not verified facts. You are responsible for verifying anything the service tells you before relying on it or repeating it to a client.
Access is sold as a license tied to a billing period. Your license grants access to the plan you purchased (including its monthly allotment of AI runs) for the duration of that period.
Where your purchase is a recurring subscription, your license renews automatically at the start of each billing period, and you are charged the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. Where your purchase does not renew, your license simply expires at the end of the period, with no further charge.
Canceling stops future charges. It does not shorten the period you already paid for: your license remains active through the end of the current billing period and then expires.
Unused AI runs do not roll over between periods and have no cash value.
The Offer Forge does not offer refunds. All payments are final. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you cancel, your license runs to the end of the paid period and expires; no partial or prorated refunds are issued.
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact hello@theofferforge.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate. Verified billing errors will be corrected.
PatriotTek reserves the right to issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Doing so once creates no obligation to do so again and sets no precedent.
THE OFFER FORGE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL MAKE ANY MONEY. The service produces plans, market reads, and sales assets. It does not produce results. It does not send your outreach, do your client work, or close your deals.
We make no earnings claims of any kind. Any prices, rates, or outcomes shown by the service, including anonymized niche benchmarks drawn from other users' reported results, are informational and are not a promise, projection, or typical result. Your results depend entirely on your own execution, your market, your skills, and factors outside anyone's control. Many users will earn nothing.
Your license is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to:
Using the service's output in your own business (sending the outreach, publishing the landing copy, quoting the prices) is exactly what it is for and is always permitted.
The service improves with use. You agree that we may collect, aggregate, and use anonymized usage and outcome data, including your inputs, generated offers, pricing choices, and results you report (sends, replies, calls, wins, and deal prices), to operate and improve the service. This includes building anonymized per-niche benchmarks that are shown to other users and fed back into the generation engine.
Aggregated data contains no names, no email addresses, and no individually identifiable information, and it may be retained and used indefinitely. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information we hold and how to request its deletion.
The service, including its software, design, prompt systems, and benchmark data, is the intellectual property of PatriotTek LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of the service to you.
You own the inputs you provide (your skills descriptions and other material you enter). Generated outputs are licensed to you for use in your own business, without restriction on that use, subject to the acceptable-use limits in Section 6.
We may suspend or terminate a license, without refund, if it is used in violation of Section 6 or these terms generally. Where practical we will contact you first, but we are not required to.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PatriotTek LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.
In no event will our total liability to you exceed the total amount you paid to PatriotTek LLC in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, conducted in Ohio or remotely by agreement. You and PatriotTek each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration; disputes are resolved on an individual basis only. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court where jurisdiction allows.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify current license holders by email at the address on their license record before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
