This policy describes what The Offer Forge, operated by PatriotTek LLC ("we," "us"), collects and how it is used. The short version: we collect what the service needs to run and nothing else. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Tied to your license, we store on our servers:
In your browser, the app stores exactly one thing: your license key, in localStorage, so you don't have to re-enter it. We set no cookies. There are no tracking pixels, no ad cookies, and no analytics scripts on this site or in the app.
We use this information to operate the service: generate your content, save and restore your playbook, meter your plan, deliver your license, and respond when you contact us for support.
We also aggregate anonymized usage and outcome data, including your inputs, generated offers, pricing choices, and reported results, into per-niche benchmarks that improve the service for everyone, as described in Section 7 of the Terms of Service. Aggregated benchmarks contain no names, emails, or individually identifiable information.
We use a small number of processors, each under its own privacy policy:
We disclose personal information only: to the processors above, as needed to run the service; when required by law or valid legal process; or to protect the rights, safety, or property of PatriotTek, our users, or others. That's the entire list: no data brokers, no advertisers, no "partners."
All traffic to the service is encrypted over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our servers. Access to stored data is restricted to what operating the service requires. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we do not promise absolute security. We do keep the surface small: no third-party scripts, minimal data, few moving parts.
We retain your information while your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you renew or need support. To request deletion, email hello@theofferforge.com from the address on your license. We will honor deletion requests except where the law requires us to keep something, and except for the anonymized aggregate data described above, which contains no personal information and cannot be traced back to you.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. To exercise any of them, email hello@theofferforge.com. We respond to every request regardless of jurisdiction.
The service is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify current license holders by email before it takes effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
